How do I create an account?
Click the "Get Started" button in the navigation menu, fill out the registration form with your details, and verify your email address. Once verified, you can log in and start your free trial.
What is the free trial period?
We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
How do I receive trading signals?
Signals are delivered through multiple channels: dashboard notifications, email alerts, SMS (premium plans), and mobile app push notifications. You can customize notification preferences in your account settings.
Do I need trading experience to use Nectar FX?
While basic forex knowledge is helpful, our platform is designed for traders of all levels. We provide detailed signal explanations, risk management guidelines, and educational resources to help you learn.
What currency pairs do you cover?
We cover all major pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, etc.), cross pairs, and select exotic pairs. Signal frequency varies by pair based on market conditions and opportunity quality.
Account Management
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email. For security, reset links expire after 1 hour.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, go to Settings > Account > Email Address. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect. All future notifications will be sent to the new address.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Navigate to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy), scan the QR code, and enter the verification code.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our privacy policy.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each person is limited to one active account. Multiple accounts from the same individual may result in suspension. For business or team accounts, contact our sales team.
Trading Signals
What is your signal accuracy rate?
Our AI-powered signals maintain an average accuracy of 83% across all major currency pairs. Performance metrics are updated daily on your dashboard and vary by market conditions.
How many signals do you send per day?
On average, we send 5-10 high-quality signals daily. We prioritize quality over quantity, only sending signals when our AI identifies strong opportunities with favorable risk-reward ratios.
What information is included in each signal?
Each signal includes: currency pair, entry price, stop loss, take profit levels (multiple targets), position size recommendation, confidence score, and market analysis explaining the trade rationale.
Can I automate signal execution?
Yes, premium subscribers can enable auto-trading through our MT5 integration. Signals are automatically executed on your connected broker account based on your risk settings.
How long are signals valid?
Signals are typically valid for 4-24 hours depending on the timeframe. Each signal includes an expiry time. If market conditions change significantly, we may issue updates or cancellations.
Broker Integration
Which brokers are supported?
We support all major MT5 brokers including IC Markets, Pepperstone, XM, FXTM, Admiral Markets, and more. Any broker offering MT5 with API access is compatible.
How do I connect my broker account?
Go to Dashboard > Connections > Add Broker. Select your broker, enter your MT5 login credentials (read-only mode recommended), and authorize the connection. Your credentials are encrypted and secure.
Is my broker data secure?
Yes, we use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all credentials. We never store your password in plain text, and you can revoke access anytime. We recommend using read-only API keys when possible.
Can I connect multiple broker accounts?
Yes, you can connect multiple accounts on our Professional and Enterprise plans. This allows you to manage different strategies or risk profiles across various accounts.
What if my broker isn't listed?
If your broker supports MT5 but isn't in our list, you can manually add it using the "Custom Broker" option. You'll need your broker's server name and login details. Contact support if you need assistance.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months, but you can reactivate anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Changes can be made in Settings > Subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
How do I update my payment information?
Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. You can add new cards, remove old ones, and set a default payment method. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Security & Privacy
How is my data protected?

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
Immediately change your password, enable 2FA if not already active, review recent account activity, and contact our security team at security@nectarfx.com. We'll investigate and secure your account.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all your account data, trading history, and signal performance at any time from Settings > Privacy > Export Data. Data is provided in CSV and JSON formats.
Are my broker credentials safe?
Yes, all broker credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We use read-only API access when possible, never store passwords in plain text, and you can revoke access anytime.
